Forest Rugs 森林地毯


Argentinian artist Alexandra Kehayoglou creates rugs that not only make you feel at home, but also like you’re in a grassy meadow or a mossy forest.

Using leftover fabrics from her family’s carpet factory in Buenos Aires, Alexandra makes hand-tufted rugs that pay tribute to the picturesque yet quickly disappearing landscapes of Argentina. Each rug is unique, containing different textures and colours, mimicking grass, moss, trees, and meadows.

It’s certainly an unconventional way of adding more greenery to your home. And better yet, you won’t have to water your ‘plants’.

庫倫族部落 一日象伕生活  這次從清邁回來 念念不忘的是部落裡的大象朋友 每天都要把照片影片翻出來看一遍 真的好愛這些大個子寶貝 前前後後去了泰國好幾次 每次都有不同的朋友問我有騎大象嗎？ 其實之前還真的從來沒有過 第一，我的摯愛是長頸鹿 第二，我原本也是支持不要騎大象的人 這兩年陸續有朋友參加清邁大象營 大部分的人回來都說好感動好快樂 有別於過去騎大象渡河或是騎大象拍照等等 越來越多大象友善的營區或保護區 提供了更多樣的活動選擇 雖然一開始發現平台上的行程 大多還是過度商業導向 我們一度要放棄這個項目 後來Deanna搜尋了各個大象保護區資料 發現了一個庫倫部落， 據說部落每天只為大象們接待一組客人 每天最多只能有12人 他們認爲大象的健康和快樂才是最重要的事情 並且在google上的評論他們都有一個一個認真回覆 我們才選定了這個行程 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 出發的前一天 部落也發了訊息給我們 要我們好好吃飽早餐 因為會是需要體力活的一天 當天早上司機 7:30到飯店接我們出發 清邁市區到部落，大約1.5小時的車程 離開市區之後都是山路 因為出發的很早 沒多久大家就在車上睡翻了 途中有經過一個比較熱鬧的市場 司機 Rak 有問我們需不需要洗手間 後來想想其實應該下車看看 畢竟也是很難得到這裡 經過市場沒多久就到部落了 一下車就看到大象離我們好近 這裡完全沒有柵欄 大象就是在我們身邊走來走去 光是看到這個景象就覺得好棒 最先招呼我們的導覽員是 Foon 簡單的介紹了部落裡有７隻大象 然後問了我們大家的名字 幫我們寫了音譯的泰文在手背上 接著帶我們去認識每一隻大象 叫什麼名字 幾歲等等... 部落裡還有一隻小象 只是他剛好去上學我們沒遇到 接著 大象主人   Sun 帶 我們換上了庫倫族的傳統服裝 並且開始認真的介紹了部落的傳統生活 以及他們世代都是象伕的歷史 教我們怎麼觀察大象是否健康快樂 接著安排我們今天的工作 對的沒錯 我們今天的工作就是要完成 象伕的每日工作 希望我們有真的幫上忙噎 （完全沒可能啊） 趁我還記得趕快筆記： 檢查大象身上有沒有土， 可以看出他有沒有睡好 大象一天睡幾個小時而已， 跟阿罵一樣每個小時還會起來翻個身 如果他不舒服就不會讓自己躺下， 不然他可能會沒力起站起來 ...
